![Sissy Spacek came into B&N yesterday. It wasn’t a huge surprise because she was scheduled to speak about a book or something that same evening. She came early though, to visit me at the info desk (she’s sweet) and asked where the self-help/Buddhism section is. THAT IS NOT THE SAME THING, SISSY. But since we’re tight like that, I saved her the embarrassment and just sent her to the third floor (just the “self-improvement” [so it doesn’t sound like something is wrong with you] since she didn’t notice the non-synonym quality of that section and Buddhism).
Other celebrities stopping in to say oh hey yesterday: Natalie Portman and John C. Reilly.
